January 25, 2012 La Porte, Ind. – La Lumiere School is thrilled to announce that seniors Obij Aget, Rapheal Davis, Hanner Perea and Jay Simpson have been nominated for the 2012 McDonald’s All American Games. 600 men and women from throughout the country, including thirteen from Indiana, received nominations. The four will face stiff competition to be one of the 24 men chosen to participate in the games. The McDonald’s All American Games will be held on March 28 at Chicago’s United Center. “The McDonald’s All American Games presents the finest opportunity to preview the country’s best up and coming basketball talent,” said Morgan Wootten, McDonald’s All American Games Selection Committee Chairman. “This year’s nominees represent some of the top student-athletes in the country. We are privileged to acknowledge these individuals for their success on the basketball court, in the classroom, and in the community.”
